Afzal & Munni Subhani are both shagird (disciples) of the King of ghazals Ustad Mehdi Hassan.

Not only that they love to sing ghazals , but have enjoyed equally the old classic hit songs and also fast and vibrant songs of the present time.

Munni also has a passion for khatak dance, her guru in this field of art is none other than the  "Divine dancer" Shri Partap Pawar.
